With GOLD CONNECT you can:
- Access your patients’ reports from the convenience of your office computer.
- Sign up an unlimited number of users, each with unique password-protected access.
- Customize your report search:
- patient name
- client number
- specimen number
- Select multiple search criteria and develop a more-detailed search
- Select one of our “ready-made” search options:
- View All Pending Tests
- View Recent 20 Reports
- Review your patient report history (GOLD CONNECT keeps a two-year history of all of your patient reports)
- Receive e-mail notifications (you’ll receive an e-mail immediately after your patient’s report is finalized)
- Customize your e-mail notifications (users can choose to receive notification for positive or negative reports)
