- 2 ml serum (store frozen prior to shipment), or one serum separator tube (SST) (centrifuge 15 minutes at 1,000 g and store refrigerated prior to shipment).
- Testing cannot be performed on hemolyzed specimens.
- In warm weather, ship with cold packs.
